Vegan in Porto - Black Mamba Burgers and Records

This weekend I visited my boyfriend's family in Porto, and I took the chance to go to my favorite vegan place that I've ever tried in my country. It's called Black Mamba, and it's not exactly a restaurant. As explained on their walls:

"Black Mamba is not a restaurant, it's a unique space specialized in 100% vegan fast-food and analog music formats, such as vinyl, cassettes, along side publications and merchandising.

Their menu consists mainly on delicious burgers. As shown on the picture, you can get a burger with fries for 7 euros, and add a drink for 1,30 euros. It's not exactly cheap, but it's well worth the price!
They also usually have a couple daily treats that aren't listed on the menu, like croissants, cinnamon rolls or donuts...

I've tried most of their burgers, and they're all really good. The one I usually order is the Burger-Doom, which is the mushroom burger with fake chicken, and I typically ask for vegan cheese as an extra ingredient! My boyfriend is having his favorite, the Burger-Core, the chickpea burger with "chicken" nuggets,  which I really like as well... and the sauce that comes with it is delicious!

I also asked for a cream patty. I've tried their samosas as well, which are good but too spicy for me!

I was too full for dessert this time (which amazes me too! I'm never too full for dessert...!)
But I did ask for another snack to take home. It's a Portuguese savory treat that in Porto is called "Lanche" but in Lisbon we call it "Merendinha". It's basically a sort of bread/puff pastry/something  dough filled with ham and cheese, and this was the first time I tried a vegan version!

 It was pretty nice!

As I said, this is my favourite vegan place in Portugal and I highly recommend you check it out if you're in Porto and love junk food!
