Hi! My name is Carolina

I am a Portuguese girl, a college student and passionate about Ethical Living.
I love traveling, reading and writing, and I spend way too much time on Youtube (although I've only recently started uploading my own videos!)


My Ethics

• I have been vegan for 2 years and vegetarian for 4.

• I do not buy clothes from fast fashion industries and support ethical fashion instead.

• I am very interested in zero waste and although I'm not even close from being so myself I've been trying to slowly incorporate zero waste practices into my life; 

• I am interested in many social justice movements concerning sexism, racism, LGBTQ rights, workers rights and many other problems I'm learning more about every single day; 

• I love learning more about the world and challenging myself to do things better

Here I hope to share my thoughts, experiences and knowledge on my path towards becoming a better human being!  


Why "The Ethical Girl"?

In the last couple of years I've pretty much been obsessed (in a healthy way... I hope!) with doing the least harm possible in everything I do. I've become really conscious of my influence in the world and I find myself always wondering "Is there a better way I could do this?" in my day-to-day life. So it's not surprising that I talk about that. A lot!
I am not The Ethical Girl because I think I am so superior and perfect and have zero impact - not even close! I am just that boring, weird girl that won't shut up about ethics... The Ethical Girl.
